5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Pricing

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposits)
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: No refund
• No-shows: Full charge and no refund

6.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late rescheduling requests are treated as cancellations under our cancellation policy.

6.3 Company Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible
• Offer to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time
• Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
